Let it breath a little. I had a glass of this shiraz and thought it was just OK. I had a glass the next day and I couldn't beleive it was the same wine. It drank like a $15-20 bottle of wine. If you want to drink it at its best open it today and drink it tomorrow.

“Don’t take my word for it! Grab a bottle and make up your own mind!” My sister and niece introduced me to this and not being a connoisseur, but knowing what I like, I was surprised and really enjoy this wine, it went great with the stuffed capsicums that we cooked at Tugun and Reedy Creek :-)
