About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Creative team. This role is suitable for both emerging designers looking to grow their skills and more experienced designers wanting to take on diverse and impactful design work.

You will contribute to brand development, promotional design, product presentation, and wine packaging, working closely with the Graphic Design team and the broader Marketing team. The role offers varied design tasks across promotional, digital, packaging and retail environments. Flexible opportunities are offered for full-time and part-time employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design promotional and marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, tasting notes, product imagery and social media content.
  • Assist in the creation and rollout of POS collateral such as branded signage, retail displays and visual merchandising assets.
  • Prepare artwork, maintain brand consistency and supply accurate print-ready files for digital and physical applications.
  • Support brand and packaging projects—including concept development, brand refinement, mock-ups, and ensuring artwork meets technical specifications.
  • Prepare and supply print-ready artwork using correct dielines, bleed, colour setup and production requirements.
  • Coordinate artwork with external printers and suppliers to meet production timelines.
  • Collaborate with the Graphic Design team, Marketing team and internal departments to understand POS needs and respond to artwork requests.
  • Liaise with sales representatives, printers, production partners and packaging suppliers to clarify specifications and manage artwork progression.
  • Maintain organised file structures, manage design assets, and support an efficient workflow across the business.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign required).
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn production and packaging processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative, proactive attitude with strong communication skills.
  • Understanding of packaging or retail design environments (desirable).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant graphic design experience.
