Discoteca Italiana Event. Date & Time: Saturday, 30 August 2025, from 6:00 PM. Location: 816 Kidman Way, Tharbogang, NSW. Ticket Price: $75 per adult (includes food) Ticketing: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. Entry is valid only with a confirmed ticket and ID matching the ticket holder's name. Tickets include access to all event entertainment, food and drinks (as outlined in the event description). Food & Beverage: Attendees must be 18+ to consume alcoholic beverages. Valid photo ID will be required. Food and drink offerings are subject to availability and may be substituted at the organiser’s discretion. Dress & Participation: Disco-themed attire is encouraged but not mandatory. Participation in the best-dressed contest and dance-off is voluntary. Prizes for contests are subject to change and cannot be exchanged for cash. Transport: A complimentary return bus service to Banna Ave will depart at approximately 11:00 PM. The organiser is not responsible for delays or missed transport. Entertainment: DJ performances by DJ Leo and DJ Lou may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. The organiser reserves the right to adjust event programming at any time. Safety & Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or eject guests engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful behaviour. By attending, guests agree to be filmed or photographed for promotional purposes unless otherwise notified.
