Meditrina Beverages is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

        WARNING:

        NSW – No alcohol can be sold or supplied to anyone under 18. It’s against the law.

        VIC – Under 18 No supply. It is against the law: for a licensee to sell liquor to under 18s (penalty exceeds $19,000) for any person to supply liquor to under 18s (penalty exceeds $19,000) for under 18s to purchase, receive, possess or consumer liquor (penalty exceeds $800)

        QLD – It is an offence to sell or supply liquor to a minor.

        WA – Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence: to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises.

        SA – It’s against the law to sell or supply alcohol to people under 18.

        TAS – Under the Liquor Licensing Act 1990 it is an offence: for liquor to be delivered to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty: fine not exceeding 20 penalty units) for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase liquor (penalty: fine not exceeding 10 penalty units)

        ACT – It is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years. Penalties apply.

        NT – A person must not serve or supply liquor to a child. Family Wine Group supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol.
